  • Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration (not in court) under AAA rules, with hearings in Austin, Texas. Class actions and jury trials are waived.
  1. Force Majeure The Company is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, cyberattacks, government actions, infrastructure failures, or pandemics.
